🕒 Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

📦 Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale

📬 How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@prettykitty.in with your order number and reason for return.
2. Await our confirmation and return instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

🔁 Exchanges
